At Archway Programs, we understand the need for flexibility in managing your phone communications, especially for those working remotely. To forward calls from your Avaya desk phone, please follow the instructions below.
How to Forward Desk Phone Calls

Request Forwarding Setup:
- Contact IT: First, provide the IT department with the phone number to which you would like your calls forwarded. This step ensures that we have the correct destination number entered into our system.

Configure Call Forwarding:
- IT Setup: Once the forwarding number is entered in the backend by IT, you will be able to manage when your calls are forwarded to either your office phone or your mobile number.

Utilize Call Forwarding:
- Remote Work Benefits: Call forwarding is particularly useful for remote work scenarios. It allows you to seamlessly receive calls on your mobile phone or another preferred number when you are away from the office, ensuring you remain accessible and responsive.

Activating and Deactivating Call Forwarding:
- To Enable Forwarding: On your desk phone, dial *01 to activate call forwarding to the number you’ve specified.
- To Disable Forwarding: Dial *02 to return to receiving calls on your desk phone.
