With the many services we use at Archway—such as Paycom, Relias, RealTime, PC logins, Microsoft services (Email, VPN, Teams, Outlook), RSM, Google, Zendesk, and more—keeping track of passwords can be overwhelming.

Regular password updates are crucial to ensuring the security of your accounts. If you get logged out of your email or other services, it could be due to a PC password update, which affects all Microsoft services. Additionally, you may be prompted to update your password periodically for security purposes.

•Syncing Microsoft Services: Your PC, email, VPN, Teams, and other Microsoft services use the same credentials. When your PC password is updated, it syncs across these platforms. Ensure you’re keeping track of your password to avoid being locked out of multiple accounts.

•Mobile Device Logouts: If you’re logged out of your mobile device unexpectedly, it may be because your PC password was updated or because it’s time for a routine password update. This will require you to enter the new password on your mobile device as well.

Managing Paycom and RealTime Access

•Paycom: Each employee’s Paycom login is unique and managed by HR. If you need a password reset, you should reach out to the HR department for assistance.
