- Sign In: Enter your Archway email login, which is your first initial followed by your last name @archwayprograms.org (e.g., jdoe@archwayprograms.org).
- Access Outlook: Once signed in, click on the Outlook icon to access your email.
Setting Up Outlook on Mobile Devices:
- Attachment Included: Refer to the attached document for detailed instructions on how to download and set up the Outlook app on your mobile device.
Troubleshooting Email Login Issues:
- No Period: Ensure there is no period in your email address. It should follow the format of your first initial followed by your last name @archwayprograms.org (e.g., jdoe@archwayprograms.org).
- Correct Spelling: Double-check that "archwayprograms" is spelled correctly in your email address.
- Group Home Staff: If you're part of a group home, your email format may differ. Please verify with your administrator if you're unsure.
