For Students
If a student cannot sign in, please consult your school administrator. They have access to the Google Admin Center and can check the device’s real-time status to resolve issues promptly.
For Staff
Remote workers should be aware that Chromebooks deactivate after periods of inactivity, typically around three months. This security measure will require the device to be brought back to IT for reprogramming. To avoid this, ensure your Chromebook is used regularly, especially if you need to remain available for work.
Google Login Reminder
Staff logins require your full email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@archwayprograms.org). Keep in mind that your Google account password is not synced with your email or VPN password. Be sure to use your specific Google credentials when signing in. If you’re unsure of your Google password, contact IT for assistance.
