Submitting a Request for Fob Access
To ensure accurate records and seamless processing, all fob access requests must include the following details:
1.Full Legal Name
Provide the full legal name as it appears in Paycom. Avoid using nicknames or abbreviations to maintain accurate records.
2.Position Details
Include the start date and, if the position is temporary, the end date. This helps us manage access permissions effectively.
3.Access Requirements
Specify the hours the fob will be needed and whether access is required for multiple buildings. Clear details ensure the right permissions are granted.
4.Additional Onboarding Needs
If the user requires more onboarding, such as additional resources or training, please include these details in the request to streamline the process.
By providing complete and accurate information, we can process requests efficiently and ensure all users have the access they need while maintaining security and compliance.
